ACCORDING TO DECREE LAW N.196/2003 (Privacy code)
In accordance with Article 13 of the Privacy Code D.lgs 196/03, Lu Cubbanti of Matteo Sini wants to inform you that your personal data submitted through this website will be processed by using paper and/or on magnetic, electronic or telemetric storage media in compliance with the Privacy Code.

DECREE LAW N. 30.06.2003 N.196 TITLE II RIGHTS OF ARTICLE 7 (RIGHT TO THE ACESS AT PRIVATE DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS)
1. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not registered yet, and the communication of such in a comprehensible manner.
2. The person concerned has the right to obtain indications about: a) the origin of the personal data; b) purpose and procedure of data processing; c) the logic applied in case of handling with electronic tools; d) identification data of the owner, responsible and the liable as from art. 5, comma 2; e) of persons or categories of persons to which the personal data could be communicated or that could get knowledge of it as representative in the State's territory, of persons responsible or in charge.
3. The person concerned has the right to obtain: a) an update, change or, when interested, integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or full blocking of the data in case of violations of law, including those data not necessary to save in relation to the reasons for which the data have been collected and then processed; c) demonstration that the duties as from a) and b) have been brought to knowledge, even for what concerns their substance, for those whose data have been communicated, with exception to the case in which such performance is impossible or requests the use of tools significantly un-proportioned to the protected right.
4. The person concerned has the right to oppose, wholly or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, related to the reason of data collection; b) to the handling of personal data for promotional mailing or direct sales or for market research or commercial communications.
