Bookings are fixed upon the transmission via fax or email of the CRO number of the bank transfer.

In case of cancellation clients are required to acknowledge a redress to Lu Cubbanti. Penalty fees are as follows:

-20 percent of the transferred deposit for bookings cancelled between 60 and 21days before arrival
-100 percent of the transferred deposit for bookings cancelled 20days or less before arrival

Balance payments are due the day of arrival.
